It is one of the largest electrical stations in the Middle East. It is operated by natural gas & mazout. It is located on the west shore of Sinai (644 M.W.). The Arab Contractors scope of work included civil works package and the electromechanical activities. The project was executed by a Joint-Venture of The Arab Contractors(61%) and ABB Susa
