About the Project

The project is considered an important axis to complete the Ring Road and connects Suez and Ismailia desert roads, Alexandria-Cairo agricultural road to Cairo-Alexandria agricultural road and 6th of October City, crossing the Nile at Warraq Island with a length of 2.2 km and a width of 45 m and consisting of 3 parts. The bridge has 4 entries and exits, 6 navigation openings, each 120 m long. The bridge was built using the balanced cantilever method
