About the Project

King Faysal bridge is a three-level bridge , 4 kilometres length , its width is ranging from 8.5 to 19 metres. The historic and touristic location of Giza governorate was highly considered in the design done by the Arab Contractors. It is a reinforced concrete bridge except for the part over Giza square which is elevated steel. The second level is 9 metres high and the third one is 18 metres high from the ground level , it passes over Upper Egypt railway and Al-Zomor canal.
