Major General Akram Mohamed Galal, Governor of Ismailia, inaugurated the 2025 Employment and Entrepreneurship Forum on Thursday, in the presence of Engineer Tarek El-Nabrawy, President of the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate. The forum, organized by the Ismailia Engineers Syndicate under the leadership of Engineer Ahmed El-Masry, President of the Ismailia Engineers Syndicate, was held at the syndicate's headquarters in Ismailia. The event was held in partnership with the Arab Contractors Company, and included representatives from major companies and entrepreneurship support organizations, as well as members of the Engineers Syndicate's board and executive leaders. During the event, the Governor and the Engineers Syndicate honored several participating companies and individuals for their ongoing and fruitful cooperation with the syndicate in achieving the forum's objectives. Engineer Ashraf Ezzat, Director of the Suez Canal branch, accepted the award on behalf of the Arab Contractors Company. This event is part of the syndicate's efforts to support young engineers and help them find their career paths. The forum brings together job seekers and leading companies across various engineering sectors. The employment forum also provides a valuable opportunity for direct communication between companies and qualified engineers, helping to bridge the gap between labor market demands and engineers' skills.
