Arab Contractors
The project includes the construction of the main clinical building, the research center, the staff accommodation building, and the ambulance building, parkings, and service yard, in addition to the construction of pedestrian walkways, underground water tanks, storm water drainage, generator plinths, elevators, a central air conditioning system, a firefighting system, and landscaping. The Arab Contractors Company won this project due to its extensive experience in the Ugandan market and its previous works in establishing medical facilities, including the establishment of Mulago Hospital, rehabilitation and expansion of Kayunga Hospital, and many administrative and university buildings, in addition to the construction of road and bridge projects, which qualified it to win the award for the best contracting company in Uganda for seven years consecutively.
