The project is consists of Design and construction of a building in the Al?Adan hospital with Total capacity of 240 beds & Total Build?up Area. The Hospital Main Building is on 13,619.50 m2, The Utilities Building: 1835.6 m2. The hospital main building consists of Basement, Clinics, Pharmacy, Patients Records, Utility Room, Ground Floor, Six Floors. And the utilities building consist of civil and electro?mechanical works of: Hexagonal Electricity Generator, Gas Station, Water Pumps & Storage Tanks, Fuel Storage Tanks. Curtain wall (Glass, Aluminum) will be applied to Façade Cables & Pipeline Network Laying, Fire Fighting Pumps, Tanks , and Sprinkler System ,3 Electricity Generators (1500 KVA Each ).
