The building consists of 6 storeys (basement + ground floor + higher ground floor + 5 typical floors). The building is built on a 3200m². It is scheduled to accommodate about a million books. The library contains an audio-visual library, maintenance department, production department for audio and visual means, a room for films production, a room for microfilm production and video tapes production room, audio tapes room and international conference room accommodates 400person.
