Rehabilitation and upgrading of Cairo stadium and all its annexes, services and utilities, the works including construction and erection of two electric score boards reflecting the latest technology controlled by the central control room through computer networks, the screen can be used as advertising board, films or the matches can be shown on-air by means of video centre, all the amphitheatres are equipped by chairs against fire and shocks for the spectators, construct new electronic gates for magnetic tickets, changing all the systems of electric lighting, communication and acoustics systems with ultramodern systems as well as the electric power station, sanitary drainage, security and fire alarm systems and all the necessary landscaping and external infrastructure, car parking and re-paving for the external road networks . The project includes new broadcasting centre equipped with internal and external international telephone networks for commentators, mass media staff.
