Project is consisting of 4 adjoining buildings. Concerning interior decorations: blue swimming pool - its height varied from 8 to 16 floors, 155 housing units. The ground floor, shops, a garage covering the whole flat area, in the 1st and 2nd basement. Using Islamic designs to be appropriate with its being in the center of old Jeddah, the outer walls are covered with marble, tarfeer tiner, wooden windows, there is a fountain in the ground floor and chairs from Arabscatter marble.
