About the Project

These projects were implemented in several phases in partnership with specialized international companies. These projects include the construction of main tunnels and pipelines, as well as one of the largest wastewater treatment plants in the world.

Contract No. (14) includes
- A tunnel with a diameter of 1.8 m and 1.46 m and a length of 11.676 km
- Micro tunnels with a diameter of 100 mm and 600 mm and a length of 5.676 km
- 24 wells
- 97 main inspection chambers
Contract No. (15) includes
- A tunnel with a diameter of 1.8 m and 1.46 m and a length of 11.635 km
- Micro tunnels with a diameter of 100 mm and 600 mm and a length of 6.018 km
- 54 wells
- 110 main inspection chambers

Contract No. (3)
The internal diameter of the tunnel ranges from 1.2 m to 2.8 m, with a depth of 21 m and a length of 4 km
The project includes
- Three tunnel branches with a length of 2 km and an internal diameter of 1.2 m to 2.8 m
- 16 axial wells and 5 Rotary tunnels with a diameter of 4.85 m to 10 m and a depth of 26 m
- 11 main inspection chambers

Contract No. (12)
Tunnel with an internal diameter of 4 m, a depth of 17 m, and a length of 3.3 km
Tunnel works include:
- A branch tunnel with a diameter of 1.2 m and a length of 800 m
- 11 manholes with a diameter of 5 m to 9 m
- 26 main inspection chambers
- Micro tunnels with a length of 800 m and a depth of 8 m

Tunnel with an internal diameter of 2.2 m to 2.87 m and a length of 6.6 km, including the implementation of 21 pivotal manholes, each with a diameter of 5 m to 9 m

Contract (19) Al-Jabal Al-Asfar Wastewater Treatment Plant [Nutrient Removal Sewage Treatment Plant] (Phase II - Part 1) .. Cairo
Wastewater treatment plant using the Anaerobic Process (Digester) method and plant components The plant includes a 500,000 m3/day capacity lift station, which includes inlets, manual and mechanical filters, sand sedimentation tanks, two lift stations for purification tanks, 48 โ€‹โ€‹primary and final sedimentation tanks, 16 sludge concentration tanks, two sludge lift stations, four biological aeration tanks, 14 chlorine mixing tanks, lift stations for return and excess sludge, 30 sludge tanks, drying tanks, two fuel tanks, ten power stations with a capacity of 2.32 MW each, and a water outlet to the emergency channel, in addition to the necessary service buildings for the plant.

Contract (16) .. El-Gebel El-Asfar Wastewater Treatment Plant (Phase I) .. Cairo
Wastewater treatment plant using the Anaerobic Process (Digester) method. The purification plant components include a lift station with a capacity of one million m3/day. The plant includes inlets, manual and mechanical filters, sand sedimentation tanks, two lift stations for purification tanks, and primary and final sedimentation tanks. Sludge concentration tanks, two sludge lifting stations, biological aeration tanks, chlorine mixing tanks, lifting stations for return and excess sludge, sludge tanks, drying tanks, two fuel tanks, power stations, a water outlet to the emergency channel, in addition to the service buildings necessary for the station.
