Vibrating feeder with a power rating of 5.5 HP for feeding the conveyor serving the washing unit, fabricated from 6 mm thick steel plate. Feed conveyor belt, 15 m in length with a rubber belt width of 650 mm, driven by a 7.5 HP motor, for transferring materials from beneath the mechanical feeder to the washing unit. Washing unit with a width of 1 m and a length of 3 m, powered by a 7.5 HP motor, equipped with one (1) pug/mixing unit fabricated from 6 mm thick black steel plate, and fitted with water spray nozzles above the screen washing machine comprising four (4) rows with four (4) nozzles per row, in addition to two (2) rows with three (3) nozzles per row, as well as a water discharge outlet beneath the washing unit. One (1) stockpiling conveyor, 12 m in length with a rubber belt width of 500 mm, driven by a 5.5 HP motor, for conveying washed aggregate from beneath the washer to the stockpile area.
