Technical Affairs and Follow-up Department

Its responsibilities include: issuing and monitoring the implementation of the annual financial plan for the engineering consulting sector; issuing and reviewing contracts concluded with clients of the engineering consulting sector, whether with company departments and branches or with external clients; preparing sector statements for various projects; following up on the approval of claims issued by the engineering consulting sector from various departments to third parties; obtaining building permits for various types of projects; and preparing and submitting documents related to technical and financial proposals issued by relevant authorities as tenders.
