Supervision of Implementation: Overseeing all work according to approved specifications and drawings. Reviewing quantity surveys for work items and reviewing and approving the quantity survey books submitted by the contractor. Proposing appropriate solutions to overcome any problems encountered during project implementation. Approving payment certificates for implementing parties and submitting them to the project manager according to the work progress rates and the schedule. Monitoring deliveries to ensure they conform to approved samples – and conducting periodic tests according to the rates specified in the Egyptian Code. Monitoring the schedules for various projects

Surveying works

It performs the surveying work required for design and implementation works, including:

Creating traverse polygons linked to the coordinates of the Republic

Calculating quantities, settlements, and stockpiling

Surveying services for all types of buildings and land plots

Monitoring and tracking the movement of buildings and structures during construction work or in case of structural risks.

Surveying all heritage and archaeological buildings assigned to the sector is necessary for architectural documentation work, as well as architectural monitoring of cracks and structural elements.

Providing the required surveying teams for major projects to mark out the surveying axes and points necessary for implementation and handover to the general consultant and receiving from him all required work orders

All of this is done using the latest surveying equipment, including satellite-connected devices (GPS and high-precision total stations).
